ECS Productions is a production group based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area that produces television programming dedicated to the future of the Blues while honoring its past.  Although young, our flagship program “The Jook Joint” is currently airing on over 28 public access and college stations in addition to a number of associated web casts throughout the United States.  The format of the show is simple and uncluttered with a direct focus on the music of working Blues artists.  Critically acclaimed Blues performer EC Scott hosts the program adding an air of authenticity and expertise. 

ECS Productions strives to unite the various branches of the Blues family tree.  From Contemporary to Traditional, Delta to Soul, Country to Jump, Folk to Zydeco, and Neo to Rock all can be unified to create a more invigorated Blues Community. Fans of one form of Blues may not have considered the relevance of another form.  Our mission is to reach out to all audiences, especially those who crave the authenticity of a live Blues performance.

This is an open call for artist submissions.  We request individual packages for your working Blues Artist that include:

• Video
• Photo
• Bio
• Release Form
• EPK’s

Accepted formats include DVD, VHS, and VHS Conversion format.  Please note that the video will not be returned to you.

In exchange for inclusion on your distribution list we offer a cost-free platform to showcase your genre specific artists and create an opening for promotions and merchandising as our program expands.  Representatives of participating artists will be kept informed when their artist is featured on the program and current affiliate lists will be available by request.
